This was a favorite of mine growing up. I remember my sweet mawmaw used to always make it for me when we had family get togethers. I've worked on perfecting it and while mine isn't quite as good as hers, I think it's still a pretty good try...
4-5 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup buttermilk (I use non-fat)
1 cup flour
Dredge chicken strips into flour, into buttermilk, and back into flour. Place in deep fryer or frying pan, with oil, and fry until cooked thru.
